Michelle Lovitt is the celebrity trainer that has helped moms like Courteney Cox and Kate Hudson lose their post-baby weight. When it comes to the diet portion of the fitness plan, Lovitt says breakfast is the most important part.
"Eat breakfast every day. People who eat breakfast consume fewer total calories during the day then those who don't," Lovitt says.
Her other tips for losing baby weight include staying hydrated, getting a heart monitor and making sure you are working out at the right intensity.
