Actress Ginnifer Goodwin gets diet help from Weight Watchers to ensure she maintains a healthy weight.
"It takes time because you lose the weight slowly... You don't have to go through that horrible yo-yo cycle of binging," Goodwin admitted, adding that the point-counting system allows her to indulge in her favorite treats like dark chocolate and pasta.
When it comes to her workouts, the Once Upon a Time star prefers fun methods such as dance and power walking.
"I'll speed-walk a couple of miles, get a cup of coffee, speed-walk back. It's so easy. Just break a sweat for 30 minutes and you're fine."
