How to make Chicken And Veg Noodles


Rice / Wheat Noodles: 1 packet of around 300 grams
Chicken breast boneless or Paneer/Tofu for Vegetarians: 2
Oil: 1.5 tablespoon
Capsicum & Bell Peppers: 1
Mushrooms: 1/2 cup
Carrot: 1
Grated Ginger: 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce: 2 tablespoon/10g
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoon
Cornflour: 1 teaspoons
Chilli sauce: 1 teaspoons
Salt to taste


Boil noodles in a pot of water till just done. Drain, apply some oil and set aside
In a large wok or kadhai, heat oil over high heat, add chicken and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes till done. Remove from the heat and set aside.
If you are a vegetarian, you can use tofu or paneer instead of chicken
Add vegetables and saute for 1 minute, then add ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. If you want the vegetables to be done but still crisp, don't cook too much.
In a mixing bowl, combine some water, soy sauce, ketchup and cornstarch.
Add the chicken, noodles and sauce mixture to the kadhai and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Pack in the lunch box
