Grilled Calamari Salad Recipe with Rocket Leaves
3 Medium Squids / Sotong ( 乌贼 )
40g Wild Rocket
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Zest
Pinch of Salt
Clean squid and remove skin and unwanted parts.
Cut squid into equal slices.
Coat squid with olive oil, and grill till squid curls up.
