2 tablespoons olive oil
1 dash sea salt
Preheat the oven to 300 °F (150 degrees).
Cut the beetroot into 0.08 inch (2 mm) thick circles.
Put them into a big bowl and add the olive oil.
Mix everything well before you put it on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Roast the chips for about 40-50 min.
Between roasted and burned is not much time, please check on the chips occasionally.
