This "Where Do Eggs Come From?" gelatin sculpture by Hugh Hayden was an entry in last month's 2011 Jell-O Mold Competition, where it won a Special Jury's Bad-Ass Award. Hayden created the sculpture as a part of a larger project called "Edible Taxidermy," which explores the origin of foods we eat.

The gelatin chicken is displayed sprawled on a tabletop with a trail of Jell-O eggs trickling out its rear end that leads to a carton of a dozen eggs. The Jell-O sculpture's realism is downright shocking, as this photo from the event by Francesca Signori proves.
