Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

This version of teriyaki salmon is an easy summertime meal that can be prepared on the grill.  The ingredients needed to make the marinade are common Asian pantry staples that you wil be able to find easily in your local market.  If you are not a fan of fish, this marinade is equally delicious with chicken.  I would serve this salmon with some grilled veggies and a quinoa salad.  Teriyaki salmon is a light and flavorful dish that will make you feel fit and satisfied.

Grilled Teriyaki Salmon


⅔ cup soy sauce (med. salt)

½ cup med.-dry sherry

1 tablespoon sugar

1 garlic clove, crushed

2 teaspoons ginger

2 lbs. salmon
