Joy Bauer has just released her brand new health food book, Food Cures. The book is focused around the common foods that can help cure health issues.
"By eating the right foods, you can boost memory and mood, alleviate aches and pains, lower your cholesterol, get better sleep, combat migraine headaches, even achieve more radiant skin and stronger hair," said the Today Show nutritionist.
Food Cures incudes tips such as eating blueberries, ginger, Greek yogurt, spinach, and cantaloupe.
Bauer's previous books include Your Inner Skinny and Slim and Scrumptious.
