When you are hungry, a healthy snack can be a life-saver for your waistline. If you do not feed yourself when you are hungry, you are more likely to consume high calorie foods and more of them.
Men's Health magazine has compiled a list of the 50 Best Snacks in America that are low in sugar and high in fiber and protein. Health experts, David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding, say that by keeping healthy snacks around "you’ll keep your metabolism primed and your overall calorie intake lower."
