Quick and Easy Orange Stir-Fried Shrimp

Quick and easy orange stir-fried shrimp from The Way to His Heart is the perfect weeknight meal.  Tender succulent shrimp are quickly sauteed in an Asian inspired sauce of orange juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and chili paste.  If you are not a fan of shrimp, you can substitute it with chicken, slivers of beef, or even cubed extra-firm tofu.  Serve your orange stir-fried shrimp with white rice so that it can soak up all that delicious sauce.


1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup fresh orange juice, about 1 navel orange
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp chile paste with garlic
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp minced, peeled fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup chopped green onions
