Liam Hemsworth recently talked to Men's Health magazine about the diet that keeps him in such great shape. As the magazine points out, Hemsworth is very much like a regular "bro" and doesn't follow a specific diet, but just eats healthy and doesn't deny himself an indulgence (like a plate of fries) every now and then.
A regular day for the actor includes oatmeal, fish, asparagus and chicken stir-fry with vegetables. He will often mix things up with scrambled eggs with vegetables, brown rice and sweet potato.
"My favorite thing is to start throwing veggies into a fry-pan," Hemsworth said.
However, Men's Health points out he is known to go on the "occasional Krispy Kreme binge."
"You gotta get, like, 24 and eat all of them," Hemsworth said. "I lose my mind. Go crazy. Krispy Kreme fever!"
