Jenni 'JWOWW' Farley took to her blog to share some of her own weight-loss tips. The Jersey Store star says if you want to shed the pounds fast, don't eat carbs, sugar or fried foods.
"Heavy things will not help you slim down! Stick to veggies and salad (but nothing too fibery)," JWOWW said.
JWOWW also advises to stay away from salty foods and to drink "lots of water with lemon."
