Eva Longoria gave up sugar for two months and says it helped her pay better attention to the natural tastes of other foods.
"I do have confidence in my self-image. It's all about food and exercise -- I don't really eat a lot of carbs," Longoria said. "I did two months recently without sugar too. And once you start paying attention, everything seems to contain it. It's like, 'Oh my God, even this banana is sugary!'"
