Mel B is on a fishy diet, but the X Factor UK host says she is not enjoying it.
"My trainer makes me eat [salmon] and I hate it," Mel B told Now magazine. "But I lost 10 pounds and a lot of inches in a little bit over a week.
Scary Spice says she has been eating salmon three times a week. She also adds flaxseed oil to her meals to help with digestion. However, Mel says she doesn't follow her diet religiously -- she give herself one cheat day every week.
