Mango Upside Down Cake is a Tropical Dessert

Mango upside down cake is a tropical dessert.  If you are a fan of mangoes, you are going to absolutely love this recipe.  Caramelized slices of mango sit atop a light and airy cake.  You'll want the cake to rest for at least an hour after baking so that the cake has time to soak up the syrup.  This cake is great at the end of a Latin inspired meal.  Serve your mango upside down cake with freshly whipped cream.  For full recipe instructions, click here.
