Goldie Hawn is one fit mama and at 67-years-old, she clearly has a few age-defying tricks up her sleeve. For Hawn, it's all about her diet and making sure to get plenty of exercise.
"I do try to do some form of exercise four days a week. At home in California, I'll bike up the mountain, or I'll do Pilates or spin," Hawn said. "And I do eat a lot of greens. I eat healthy, but I'm not a vegetarian."
The actress also says she practices meditation, which adds to her healthy lifestyle.
"You'll see the benefits of meditation aren't just in your head," she said. "They're as physiological as the benefits of exercise on your muscles."
