Celebratory Seafood Stew

December 28, 2012

Celebrate 2013 with this decadent seafood stew.  Tilapia, shrimp, and mussels are cooked in a rich tomato broth seasoned with garlic and parsley.  This dish is definitely pricey but well worth the money to ring in the new year.  Serve this Italian seafood stew with fresh garlic bread.
