Megan Fox Talks Post-Pregnancy Diet

Megan Fox admits she has struggled getting rid of her baby weight after giving birth to her son Noah in September. The actress has lost 13 of the 23 pounds she gained during her pregnancy, which can be credited to her healthy eating habits. 

"I can't work out yet because my body is still too fragile," Fox told Us Weekly. "I try to eat whatever I want, but I don't eat any dairy, and I guess that's the biggest diet tip. Try and stay away from dairy -- especially if you're a woman! It's really hard on your hormones." 

Fox looks pretty amazing for someone who had a baby just three months ago!
