Fig and gorgonzola tarts are a simple recipe that anyone can make.  These tarts only require five ingredients and are perfect for serving at parties.  Store bought puff pastry is rolled thin and then cut into rectangles.  It is sprinkled with gorgonzola cheese, a type of blue cheese, and dried figs before being baked in the oven.  Drizzle honey over the top of the tarts for the finishing touch.
