Beautiful Brunch: Olive Oil Poached Eggs

I don't think I have to say much about this one, because my guess is that the picture above already has you salivating. Brunch is one of the best things around for a food lover, and this Olive Oil Poached Eggs recipe from The Delicious Life is one I can't wait to get my hands on. This hearty brunch is served with avocado and kale toast, making it as healthy as it is delicious. 

Olive Oil Poached Eggs

- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 guindilla pepper or other dried chili
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 small organic eggs, freshest possible
- coarse sea salt, cracked black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, chopped parsley
