Kim Kardashian got help from the Atkins diet to lose her baby weight. The reality star said she was first introduced to the carb-free diet as a teenager.
"Fifteen years ago, I tried the Atkins diet with my dad and we both lost weight really quickly," Kardashian said. "And I'm still doing it. I still have my cheat days, but when you're breastfeeding you can't really starve yourself."
As a new mom, Kardashian admits that she isn't able to work out as often and she'd like.
"I haven't exercised a whole lot so far, just because I've been busy with the baby and I don't want to leave her," she said. "But growing up our parents always exercised, so it's always been important to us. We all love to work out."
