These chocolate biscuits will keep your guests satisfied while they wait for the turkey to finish. Aren't they divine? We would also love to gift these for Christmas, perhaps in a vintage tin?

(lined cake pan 9 x 7 1/2 inch all sides up)
120g Semi-sweet chocolate
30g Peanut butter, use the creamy or crunchy type
40g Almond nibs (toasted) or Almond silvers (toast and cut to small pieces)
40g Dried Cranberry (cut into smaller pieces) or any other dried fruits
