Individual Christmas Pudding with Brandy Cream

December 22, 2013

Traditional warm Christmas pudding, typically served with a brandy cream, is even better in individual ‘cups’ perfect for every guest. This recipe from Culinary Ginger is a gently spiced pudding of dried fruit, chocolate and a well-rounded combination of sherry and brandy.

Christmas Pudding with Brandy Cream
