Stay away from the frozen fish sticks and made these crispy fish sticks with homemade tartar sauce from Cully's Kitchen instead. Tilapia filets (or any other white fish) are coated in a breadcrumbs and saltine cracker mixture before being deep fried. The combination of crackers and breadcrumbs create a crispy crust that is perfect for homemade fish sticks. Serve this kid friendly meal with creamy tartar sauce and French fries.
