Quick and Easy Roasted Spring Asparagus

Roasted asparagus with creamy cilantro dressing is a quick and easy spring side dish.  Tender stalks of asparagus are simply seasoned with salt, oregano and garlic before being roasted in the oven.  A homemade creamy cilantro yogurt sauce is drizzled over top just before serving.

Roasted Asparagus with Creamy Cilantro Dressing
Recipe from Healthy Nibbles and Bits

For Asparagus:
1 pound of asparagus (usually, a bunch is about a pound)
1 1/2 TBS olive oil
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
dash of salt

For Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce:
1 bunch fresh cilantro (about 1 to 1 1/2 cup)
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
3 cloves garlic
1 TBS lime juice
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
