Cranberry almond snack mix is an easy recipe, even kids can do it. Pre-made granola is mixed with a bit of butter and brown sugar are heated in the microwave. Once cooled, dried cranberries and yogurt raisins are added to the mix. Feel free to include your favorite dried fruit and nuts.
Easy Microwave Cranberry Almond Snack Mix

Start to Finish: 20 Minutes
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 bag (11 oz) Nature Valley® cranberry almond protein granola
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup yogurt-covered raisins
In large microwavable bowl, mix brown sugar and butter until well combined. Stir in granola. Microwave uncovered on High 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in dried cranberries.
Spread mixture onto paper towels to cool, about 10 minutes. Stir in yogurt-covered raisins.
