You may be familiar with Domino's Oreo Cookie Pizza or BJ's famous Pizookie so dessert pizza is nothing new. Unless, you've finally decided to take the plunge and make one yourself. Savory or sweet, my philosophy when it comes to pizza is to make every ingredient count that's why grilled chocolate chip cookie s'more pizza is one of my favorites. Instead of your typical plain pizza crust,a large chocolate chip cookie is used in its place. For this recipe you can use either store bought or homemade cookie dough. Once the cookie crust has been grilled, it's loaded with graham cracker, chocolate and miniature marshmallows. For an extra special touch, drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over the warm gooey dessert pizza.
