Midnight Toast: A Fruity Vodka Champagne Cocktail Recipe

This New Year’s Eve, float a bit of Champagne on top of this delicious and fruity vodka cocktail. Refreshing pineapple flavored vodka, apricot liqueur, and fresh citrus juices add a festive punch of flavor that make this drink perfect for that midnight toast.   

CÎROC Midnight Toast
Makes 1 cocktail

2-5 blackberries
1.5oz CÎROC Pineapple vodka
.5oz Pure Cane Simple Syrup
.25oz Fresh Orange Juice
.25oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
.25oz Apricot Liqueur
Muddle 2 blackberries in shaker. Add ice and combine with remaining ingredients except Champagne.

Shake well. Double strain into a Champagne flute.

Top with Champagne and garnish with blackberries.
