Cool for 3 minutes.
Add eggs (one at a time) and beat until smooth.
Put tablespoons on a greased cake tin and bake for 45 minutes in a good oven.
When cold fill with Starwberry filling: Cream icing sugar and butter, add hot milk and mashed strawberries, then add icing sugar to make a soft and creamy filling.
Split each puff at one side and insert filling.
