Warm Stuffed Avacados !
3 tablespoons olive oil
50 grams pitted black olives, quartered
2 spring onions, finely sliced on the diagonal
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons caster sugar
2 large fresh torn basil leaves
Halve the avocados and discard the stones.
Brush each half with ½ tsp of the olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
Grill for 5 mins.
In a small bowl, toss together all of the remaining ingredients.
