Lumpia With Sweet Dip
30 smalls pcs lumpia wrapper, 2 sides cut straight
1 medium onion, chopped finely
8 cloves of garlic, finely minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons water
Stuff each pepper with the meat mixture.
Wrap each chili with lumpia wrapper, leaving the stalk exposed.
Seal the wrapper with beaten egg.
Drain well on paper towels.
Serve hot and crispy.
