Wings Of Fiery Death


1 (5 lb.) bag frozen chicken wings, pre-cut
1 (32 oz.) bottle vegetable oil
2 (16 oz.) s bottles Louisiana hot sauce
1 small can cayenne red pepper powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Deep fry wings approximately 1 pound at a time for 5 minutes or until golden brown; drain on paper shopping bags. Place wings in large shallow baking pan and coat heavily with hot sauce and cayenne pepper. Bake in oven 20 minutes. Remove and recoat with hot sauce and cayenne pepper. Bake another 20 minutes or until wings appear somewhat dry on outside. Remove and let sit, uncovered in serving bowl, 15 minutes (this will allow wings to dry further). For extra hot wings, add approximately 2 ounces hot sauce to vegetable oil while
