Savory Crêpes With Chia Seeds And Garlic
500 ml (2 cups) Milk
80 g (½ cup) Rye Flour
80 g (½ cup) Plain Flour
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
1 Medium Egg
3 Cloves Garlic
Salt to Taste (1/4 teaspoon)
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until you get nice smooth batter.
Heat a frying pan over a moderate heat. Add a little oil in the pan. Pour in the batter. Spread around evenly by lifting the pan and turning it allowing the batter spread. When you see the batter has set and the pancake has nice golden brown color underneath, turn it carefully over. Cook for a further ½ to 1 minute.
Once ready, transfer onto a plate.
