Fassler Smoked Salmon and Sausage Pita with Truffle Oil
8 - 10 Cocktail Sausages
1 pkt Smoked Salmon (75g)
1 bunch of fresh Salad Greens (depending on how much greens you like in the pita)
2 tbsp Philadelphia Cheese in each Pita
1 tsp of Olive Oil Truffle oil to drizzle pita
Heat oil and pan fry sausages till brown or you can also grill them in the oven.
Cut Pita into half, open up the pockets, and put them into the microwave to warm.
Spread cheese inside pita.
Fill in the rest of the ingredients and add more cheese if preferred. Drizzle truffle oil and serve your delectable Smoked Salmon and Sausage Pita with Truffle Oil!
