1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, nicely chilled
1 cup mascarpone
1 1/2 tablespoons powder sugar
Combine heavy whipping cream and mascarpone in the bowl of a mixer and mix at slow speed for 2 minutes.
Increase the speed to medium for another 2 minutes while adding the powder sugar.
Continue on high speed until peaks formed and well blended.
Serve immediately with fresh fruits.
