½ cup carob powder
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tbs Demerara sugar
½ cup orange juice
250 g fresh puff pastry
Mix and combine carob, cinnamon and sugar.
Add orange juice, stir, let it sit for 5 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
Smear the puff pastry with the mixture make roll.
Cut the roll into the 1 cm thick rounds, place them 2 - 3 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200˚C or until golden brown.
Serve warm or cool.
