Oatmeal Banana Bars
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 13 x 9 x 2" pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine egg white, bananas, vanilla and peanut butter. In another mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, and oats. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool slightly, then cut into bars of about 1 x 2 inches.
