Sweet & Tangy Whiskey Meatballs
1lb of Organic Pork
1lb of Organic Beef
2tbsp Chopped Parsley
2-3 tsp Minced Onion
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 Cup of Italian Panko Bread Crumbs
1/3 Cup of Water
1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
14oz BBQ Sauce (I used Organic Sweet & Spicy)
13oz Grape Jelly
1/3 Cup of Whiskey (I used Jack Daniels)
Dash of Worcestershire
1 Sprig of Rosemary
Add your pork, beef, eggs, parsley, onion, and garlic into a bowl.
Soak your bread crumbs in your 1/3 cup of water so they become soft and add to bowl.
Add your garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Mix well and roll into small balls. You should get about 35-40 balls.
Sear in saute pan for 1-2 min on all sides.
Add balls to your crockpot with BBQ sauce, grape jelly, whiskey, worcestershire, and sprig of rosemary.
Then cook on high for 1-2 hours and serve.
