Grapefruit Teriyaki Butter
½ pound unsalted butter at room temperature
3 tablespoons Maui Maid Teriyaki Marinade
Juice of one Ruby Red Grapefruit
Reduce Grapefruit juice by half over medium heat. Add Teriyaki sauce. Cool. Add to the butter in a mixer. Mix until smooth & combined. Roll into a tube & wrap in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
