Horseradish Pub Cheese
14 ounces cheddar cheese, small cubes
6 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup light beer
1/2 teaspoon ground horseradish
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
In the bowl of a Cusinart, fitted with a blade attachment, add the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, beer, horseradish, ground mustard, paprika and garlic powder. Mix on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
Serve with pitta chips, crackers or bread.
