Kale, Broccoli and Avocado Hummus Wraps
1 avocado (sliced)
1 tsp black pepper (ground)
2 cups broccoli (sliced florets)
1 1⁄2 cups hummus
1⁄2 lb kale
4 medium scallion (thinly sliced)
1 tsp sea salt
4 tortillas tortilla wrap
Boil the sliced broccoli florets and kale together in a pot with water and salt for about 5 minutes until slightly soft.
Add some hummus, broccoli and kale to the wrap and put another layer of hummus on top before you add the avocado and scallion.
Add the pepper and adjust the taste before you roll it.
