Mediterranean Chicken and Pasta
2 chicken breasts, grilled
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons house seasoning
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 shallot, diced
1 bell pepper, julienne sliced (into strips)
Grill chicken breasts and set aside.
Saute garlic and shallot until translucent and tender.
Cook to al dente.
When pasta is cooked drain and add to the skillet.
Top with crumbled feta or grated parmesean if desired.
